The Dalmar Hotel

Llull & Pracz is making its second investment in the USA in the city of Fort Lauderdale, considered the best location for tourism in the State of Florida, only 60 kilometres from Miami.

The four-star hotel will be offering 300 rooms with all the amenities of an urban hotel with its wonderful coastal location. The ground floor will house several businesses such as retailers, restaurants and bars.

Construction will begin in August 2015 and it is expected to open before the summer of 2018.
